Saas Fee is a picturesque car free village with Summer, Autumn and winter skiing possibilities. This beautiful mountain village attracts people on all kinds of holidays depending on the time of year, with stunning walking trails and 360 views from the revolving restaurant at 3500m.​

The village sits at 1800 metres, but most of the skiing is between 3500 and 2400 metres. This high altitude gives Saas Fee is reputation for being "snow sure" and therefore often attracts skiers keen on getting these perfect conditions.

 

Summer attracts ski teams from all around the world Saas Fee offers the perfect mix of Summer skiing on the glacier up at 3500 metres and the mountain village with a multitude of sports and activities. With a dedicated sports and training area it the foot of the ski area interactive sports, games and activities are the norm throughout the summer and Autumn afternoons.

During the Winter Saas Fee becomes a dedicated ski resort with 23 lift installations, over 100km of prepared ski pistes and plenty of off-snow activities such as fantastic apre ski bars, restaurants and night clubs for the party goers. Being part of the Magic Pass, Saas Fee is one of 40 ski areas you can ski in during the winter or visit for walking and mountain biking in the Summer. If you like to do sledging or hiking then there is dedicated mountain for this called Hannig, you can even do night sledging once a week!

 

Saas Fee, renowned for it beauty has been nicknamed "the perl of the alps" due to it's car-free factor and stunning views, it feels extremely relaxing and tranquil throughout the seasons of the year. The locals like to party too - during carnival week in February this liven up a lot where all of the Swiss dress up and take to the streets and throughout the Summer there are plenty of national holidays to get out and celebrate.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
